Principals

Seth graduated from Brigham Young University with a Master’s degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation in 2002.  Seth began his professional career working for KPMG in Seattle prior to relocating to Arizona.  Since 2005, Seth has operated his own CPA Firm in Arizona and has also worked as an outsourced Controller for many companies.  Over time, Seth felt most passionate about working with his real estate clients.  This passion led him to working in the multi-family residential and land development real estate industries.  Seth successfully helped his clients establish criteria for buying and selling land and for analyzing real estate development deals.  Through a more analytical approach, Seth’s clients were able to benefit by selecting higher-margin and lower-risk deals.

In 2015, Seth created EcoVista Development LLC (EcoVista) and began investing in and developing real estate using these same successful principles.  EcoVista focuses on annexing, rezoning, entitling, and developing land to sell to Home and Apartment builders.  EcoVista also has plans to build and hold some of its real estate projects long-term.

Vaughn is a team leader with fifteen years of success in corporate environments including eight years spent in China.

Vaughn has a record of excellent performance, consistently creating and improving processes, and building high-performing teams. 

Vaughn worked for Intel Corporation for six years in various senior roles concluding with several years as Corporate Compliance Manager. 

Vaughn served as Executive Director of Economic Development for Apache county, Assisting Developers with projects and research.
